I’m Katie - a graphic designer and art director from Texas, currently living in Denver, Colorado.
Work
Originally from Houston, TX, I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in several cities across the lone star state. In 2016, I graduated from University of North Texas with a degree in Communication Design. As an art director and graphic designer, I’ve practiced design at several agencies across a range of disciplines and specialties.
Play
I’m personally involved in a myriad of passion projects such as illustrating and co-authoring my own series of children’s books, developing indie style video games with my husband, and much more. I hold a special place in my heart for pixel art and also love learning new techniques for illustration.
Life
I’m a lover of tea, spicy food, and video games. When I’m not being creative, i’m tending my vegetable garden, fishing, or bird watching. I’m the proud owner of a rescue dog named Lowrider that’s a corgi-chow mix.
